Christmas Begins!
It has been a pretty sleepless last few nights with Sean being sick and throwing up on Saturday and Sammi trying to-try new sleep plans! So Monday morning dawned bright and beautiful and slow. I was unsuspecting and off to work for a full week after Parent/Teacher Conferences and a Pro-D day last week. Karla had other plans.
Christmas Decorations!
She enlisted Sean as her willing helper and they were soon knee deep in snowflakes, wreathes, snowmen, Christmas trees and lights! I walked in after work to see a house festiv-ied! We have trees upstairs and downstairs, we even have a tree for our fish, although they have resisted the green and red transformation and are still gold.
Sean is sleeping downstairs without a cough tonight and Samantha is sleeping soundly. 26 days til Christmas!
Very impressive! How is it that Karla & Laurie have their homes all festiv-ied(love learning new words) & I've yet to even haul my tree & decorations out of storage?
ReplyDeleteIt used to be my goal to have the tree up by December 12th in time for a very special Birthday party. I guess this Gramma needs to get a move on! :o)
